In the case study presented above, a brain MRI was performed while the patient was in the ED. The MRI showed multifocal parenchymal edema and gyral swelling <10 cm in greatest diameter, which are characteristic features of ARIA-E on T2 FLAIR. The patient and his wife are concerned and ask you what he should do next.
